Actually, it should be:

0275;LATIN SMALL LETTER BARRED O;Ll;0;L;;;;;N;;;019F;;019F

This error has already been reported, and is corrected in the next
version of the data file, awaiting review and approval at the
next Unicode Technical Committee meeting (along with a number of
other changes mostly related to bidi categories).

Please report any such errors to errata@unicode.org instead of
to the general list, unless you feel there is an issue which
requires open discussion on the list.
