If you're using the OmniWeb browser, go into Edit->UserPreferences, find "HTML Display" and set up the character encoding for received documents to UTF-8.  It works...


In MANY places, I see U+01D8 (turned delta) and U+ (L-slash) neither of which I believe is what's intended.  I wonder, is that an error in UTF-8 decoding here, or do other people see it as well with different browsers?
