RE: EUC-TW to Unicode table?

The table (Unihan.txt) seems to contain only plane 1~3 of CNS11643-
1992. The code set 2 of EUC-TW Encoding has to contain Plane 1~7
(excluding plane 15 of CNS11643).

Are there anyone who has the complete table for EUC-TW?
