Tifinagh

On Michael Everson's website, I found a proposal on the Tifinagh script,
calling for comments. Here is mine:

I found the Tifinagh letter enj (~n) missing.

It looks like \u01c2.

It is used in a french berber dictionary, the reference of which I
unfortunately don't have handy. (BTW, a nice work, photoreproduced from a
handwritten manuskript. It orders the tifinagh letters by their french
transcription). A quotable reference I have handy, showing the same berber
alphabet (shapes and order) is: Harald Haarmann, Universalgeschichte der
Schrift, Campus, Frankfurt am Mains and New York, 1990, page 414.

Names and order of Tifinagh seem to be a serious probelm.
