Nls for codepage of JIS

Hello,

I am facing a problem while converting from UCS-2 to JIS and UTF-8 using WIN32 function wcstombs. It converts UCS-2 to other formats for which the nls file is present. Could someone assist me where i can find the nls files for JIS and UTF-8 and install how to go about installing the same.
