Some time ago, I provided input about the collation orders of
Indian scripts, which is incorrect (or at least unexpected) in the
table basekeys.txt on a number of points, especially the
sorting of Gurmukhi and South Indian scripts, such as Tamil. I
see these have not been changed in the current version of the table.
I can provide the details if required.
