For the fans of utf-7,5 here are some news:

* I assigned the name utf-7d5 as a MIME-compatible name
to utf-7,5

* I changed the specification, such that C1 controls are
passed as is.

* The updated specification can be found on
http://vzdmzj.zdv.uni-mainz.de/~knappen/jk009.html

P.S. I currently do not plan to register utf-7d5 as
