products, Matrox products, Softimage (well, it's now Microsoft!) products,
Copernic, Toon, and so on, and so forth...

That said, most American software products I buy are localized in French
for Québec and Canada (*) ! (Well there are some exceptions, but the
delinquent companies in question behave differently in France, so there
might be some bad will in my own country).
So... the bashing is a little bit unfair, I must defend the USA, my
neighbours to the South... Not all sins come from there...

(*) I distinguish Québec and Canada here because there are here two legal
systems (one is the Napoleonic code, the other is Anglo-Saxon common law
tradition), and both States (Québec and Canada) have linguistic laws which
differ in scope. Québec and Canada are like Russian dolls, each one pretty
complete law-wise...
