Sort of. Computer Modern Typewriter has separate glyphs for
a normative apostrophe (a raised 9-shaped blob) and a vertical
tick (what real typewriters, Courier font, etc. use), and
therefore separate glyph codes 0x27 and 0x0D respectively.
