I guess I better restate that: Notepad is not ideally suited for the coding
of computer programs. It has a limit on the size of the file it will accept;
It does not auto-indent; It does not show keywords and comments in different
colors (I love that one in VC++ the most because it gives me a visual clue
when I misspell a keyword).

But as they used to say: Real programmers type "copy con" and use the numeric
keypad to enter machine code. So using Notepad makes you closer to real
programmer than me with my color coded VC++. :-)

As for not being an expert, I would not worry about that one: An expert is
a person who knows more and more about less and less until he knows
everything about nothing. I definitely don't think of you as that kind
of a guy.

Cheers,

Adam
