Eric Brunner requested the "authoritative texts" for Amds. 11 and 12 to
ISO/IEC 10646. I made PDF files from the documents which I as contributing
editor sent to ITTF for publication, and have put them at

http://www.indigo.ie/egt/standards/iso10646/pdf/amd11-syllabics.pdf

Navajo does appear in ISO 639-2 (code "nav"). I myself have been quite
frustrated with the Registration Authority for ISO 639-1, and in point of
fact have proposed (some 3 or 4 years ago) that Navajo be added to it. It
is under revision, and has been subjected to really quite unreasonable
delays. This has to do with the responsible individuals, not the ISO
Central Secretariat.

I still look forward to Eric putting me in contact with the localization
experts he knows who have supported Abenaki, Malicite, Micmac, Penobscot,
and Passamaquoddy.
