Unicode 3.0 beta watchers:
A last-minute tweak to several data files proved to be necessary
because of some problems with Normalization Form KC. The following
data files have been updated one more time in the beta directory,

PropList-3.0.0.beta.txt
The change to UnicodeData removed compatibility decompositions for
U+005E, U+005F, U+0060, which cause normalization problems for
program text and identifiers when using Normalization Form KC.
Also, the decomposition mappings for U+0E33 and U+0EB3 were changed
from canonical to compatibility, also to fix normalization problems.
NamesList.txt is regenerated to match the changes in UnicodeData.txt,
and also corrects a few Tibetan annotations.
PropList.txt includes minor property fixes for 0F3E, 0F3F (Tibetan).
If you Unicode 3.0 implementation depends on any of these files,
please make sure you refresh your local copy from the beta directory.
