U+20A9 WON SIGN width

The EastAsianWidth file shows U+20A9 WON SIGN as of type H.
It seems to me that the correct type is Na, since there is a
corresponding FULLWIDTH WON SIGN at FFE6. H is defined
in UTR#11 as "characters that are explicitly defined as
HALF WIDTH in the Unicode Standard".
