No it doesn't. http://anubis.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc2/wg2/docs/n2047.pdf is a
report from AFII, not a list of glyphs.
My site is presently the only online source for the amendments, at least
for the ones which I as Contributing Editor to ISO/IEC 10646 helped
prepare. It doesn't, of course, contain the IRG amendments.
