Dear Adam,

there are two questioned raised several times by different people
that are still not answered.
1.) What is the titlecase of ch in Slovak?
(In Dutch it is IJssel, not Ijssel.)

2.) Does "c h" (two letters) occur in Slovak, or only "ch" (one
letter)?
