as far as i know, microsoft uses private use characters for these.
most of them should go into cjk extension b, plane 2, post-unicode 3.0.

handing over the mike to the experts...

Are these HKSCS characters included in the additional ideographs in Unicode
3.0? If not, can someone enlighten me to their current status?
