Please excuse the recent mail problems. We have managed
to get mail working again -- there is a problem in the
servers that route mail into Unicode.ORG. There is a
lingering problem of duplicate messages and as of this time
we have been unable to determine the cause. We deem this
better than no mail getting through, at the moment, and
hope to stop it as soon as possible.
