Broken Link

Hi, I used to be able to search unicode characters by:

http://charts.unicode.org/unihan/unihan.acgi$0x90b8
("0x90b8" is the hex value in unicode, as an example)

However, that link has been broken.

Anyone knows when will the link be back up?
Or if there's an alternative site that can do the similar thing?
