recently; we hope the changes we have made have improved the usability of
the site in general, and the information people can find there. We will be
making more changes in the coming months, and would appreciate any comments

BTW, there is a utility that I have found useful in the past, at
http://mindit.netmind.com/. It will automatically track changes to any web
pages you want, and send you an email if they change. That allows you to
track, for example, new versions of technical reports or other pages.
