Part of the answer will depend on the size of your fonts--do they have any
more glyphs (visual images) than the Unicode standard has characters? If
so some software will need to decide when to use which glyph and in what
order--some vowel signs will probably need to be transposed to precede the
letter for visual/rendering purposes.
