Thanks for Roozbeh for passing along the linux.utf8 message
about a problem in the wording of the copyright for the online
pages.

The editorial committee has taken notice of the problem and
will work to amend the copyright notice in such a way as to
make the intent clearer.

Certainly there is no intent to make it illegal to view the
standard online, which means that downloading the files into
a local browser cache would certainly fall under the fair
use that is intended to be allowed. Unicode Inc. is not
trying to put roadblocks up to prevent the use of the standard--
only to ensure that no one makes unauthorized copies of the
standard for reposting or resale.
