There are several new proposed updates to technical reports that are posted
on for public comment on http://www.unicode.org/unicode/reports/. The
proposed updates include:

UAX #9: The Bidirectional Algorithm
UTS #10: Unicode Collation Algorithm
UAX #13: Unicode Newline Guidelines
UAX #14: Line Breaking Properties
UAX #15: Unicode Normalization Forms
UAX #19: UTF-32

The UAXs are part of Unicode 3.1 (see
http://www.unicode.org/unicode/reports/tr27/), which is to be released at
the end of this month (March). To quote from the status: "A Unicode
Standard Annex (UAX) forms an integral part of the Unicode Standard,
carrying the same version number, but is published as a separate document.
Note that conformance to a version of the Unicode Standard includes
conformance to its Unicode Standard Annexes."

Each technical report contains a Modifications section that lists the
changes from the previous version. If you find any errors, please report
them to errata@unicode.org as soon as possible. Note: only editorial
changes can be made at this point; any non-editorial changes require a
proposal for the UTC to consider for a later version.
