For the numberic values of the Han characters, see:

http://www.unicode.org/uni2book/ch04.pdf, chapter 4.6 (unfortunately, there
is no machine-readable property file with these.

If you are looking for a concise format for Unicode properties, try the
Derived* files in the UCD. Documentation is in the .html files in the
UNIDATA directory.
