All those with SYMBOL in the name should be classified together (regardless
of whether they are considered to be letters, or specific to math/technical
use). There are two consistent choices: classify all these characters as
having GREEK script, or all 'no script'. I don't think it matters much
which choice is taken ('no script' would be consistent with the mathematical
alphanumerics; GREEK script minimises changes from Unicode 3.1).

In any case, U+03F6 GREEK REVERSED LUNATE EPSILON SYMBOL should definitely
have general category Ll and BiDi class L, not general category Sm and
BiDi class ON.
