Not sure what you mean by "default country" in this context.

If you mean the default user locale, you can use the GetUserDefaultLCID or
GetUserDefaultLangID API. If you mean the "Location" (Windows XP/Me), you
can use the GetUserGeoID API. If you mean neither, then please explain what
you mean.
