You need IE to view the page. Possibly IE version 6, I forget if 5.5
works.
Netscape and Opera do not support Ruby. I haven't tried Mozilla 1.1 yet.
Also, although it worked with IE as an html 4 page, I recently moved the
page to xhtml 1.1.
It still works with IE 6.
