    Yet Footnote 1 in this document does use a "prime" sign in all its examples of
    the usage of the 1/2 and 2/3 glyphs. Does this mean perhaps that the unadorned
    (prime-less) 1/2 and 2/3 characters need to be used in conjunction with a
    "prime" sign (U+????) to represent 1/2 and 2/3 ?
