    It would be nice to have official Unicode mappings for all the
    NON-ideographic characters in East Asian character sets (the mappings for
    ideographic characters being already available in
    http://www.unicode.org/Public/UNIDATA/Unihan.txt).

    Basically, all is needed is to get the old mapping files from
    http://www.unicode.org/Public/MAPPINGS/OBSOLETE/EASTASIA and to strip off
    all the ideographs from them.
