    I have no problems reading the file (W2k, IE 6.0 SP1, Acrobat 5.0.5).

    Looking at the charts at 100% or 125 % makes them look real bad, especially
    the dotted circle (page 223 table 9-1, page 229 R10), and the Tamil glyphs
    (in the text of page 263 and in table 9-13 on page 264). But following Eric
    Muller's advise to look at the charts with magnification (400% or more),
    they become very nice and certainly acceptable for the user.

    I tried opening Chaper 9, but my PDF viewer fails ("There was an error
    opening this document. This viewer cannot decrypt this document."). Is this
    a problem with my system or is something wrong in the file?
