Epsilon is the second character in the alphabet chart corresponding to
Arabic 'ayn (U+0639, a voiced pharyngeal fricative). This character is used for
the same purpose also in North African Arabic dialectology (glottal stop being
marked with LATIN SMALL LETTER OPEN O U+0254).
