    Can anybody enlighten me with regard to the following two characters?

    U+02EA ˪ ModYinDepartingTnMrk
    U+02EB ˫ ModYangDepartingToneMrk

    What do they represent? Where/by whom are they used? Any pointers to
    sample text using them?
