The list of characters approved by the UTC for eventual
standardization after Unicode 4.0, the "pipeline", has been
updated with all of the results from the most recent
    Unicode Technical Committee meeting. See:

            http://www.unicode.org/alloc/Pipeline.html

Please note that while these characters have been approved by
the UTC for encoding, they are not yet considered standard.
It is still early in the process, and most of these characters
have yet to be considered by JTC1/SC2/WG2 for synchronized
encoding in ISO/IEC 10646. The pipeline page simply indicates
where characters are in the process. Early implementers should
use due caution, as character names or encodings may still be
subject to revisions during the WG2 deliberations and the
national body ballotting which will eventually follow for
    amendments to 10646.
