      I wrote to that effect a few time on this list and gave feedback
    to the UTC (last summer?) when the feedback was solicitiedr for the
    UCA, but somehow it never made it probably because the UTC wanted to
    coordinate with JTC1/SC22/WG20 (the collation - ISO 14651 - has been
    transferred to JTC1/SC2/WG2 since)

      BTW, you keep sending your emails in ISO-8859-1 and all Hangul Jamos
    in your tables were rendered illegible (garbled). Please, consider using
    UTF-8 when writing to this list especially when you include a lot of
    characters that can ONLY be represented in one of Unicode encoding forms.
