    The information is not correct. it is 21 February, not 23 February,
    International Mother Language Day. On this day 1952 Bengali speaking Barkat,
    Rafique, Shafique and Jabbar was killed by the Pakistani police force. It was
    being observed as the Martyrs Day since that time.
