    The point has been raised on the Hebrew sublist about how the February
    changes involving ZW(N)J and combining character sequences affect
    the definition of "defective combining sequence". In particular,
    are the following sequences still considered defective?

            SPACE/NBSP ZW(N)J combining
            SPACE/NBSP combining ZW(N)J combining
