However, there is nothing to prevent private use of precomposed forms.
For internal programmic use for some languages this may be a
desirable use of the PUA. You still would have to do the conversion
at a later stage if the data needs to be exported outside the area of
private
use, so that could affect the desirability of such a solution, but it is
available.
