Yes, I agree.
On the other hand, a passive presence of a valid [extremely rarely
used] character that can be obtained by an <existing_dead_key> +
<existing_character_on_keyboadr> is not such a catastrophic thing
either, even if this [extremely rarely used] is outside the current
codepage. Or so I think.
In my case, this apply for the existing Unicode characters
<a + circumflex + acute> and <a + breve + acute>
(which will be thrown away, because of lack of consistency with the
other missing one)
