[PA] True (at least for Neopunic, I can't comment for all others).
Incidentally, I have asked some Punic scholars what they thought about
this proposal and whether they find it useful (i.e. not unify Punic
within Hebrew). Otherwise, personally, I can't really find anything
faulty at first sight with Michael's proposal.
