    Can we expect that the more controversial proposals will be separated
    from Amendment 2 of 10646:2003 so that we can be assured of the adoption
    of the non-controversial ones, like Cuneiform?

    Will such decisions be made at the January 24-28 SC2/WG2 #46 meeting in China?
