    If you save text as "Unicode" from Notepad, you get UTF-16 (Little Endian
    with BOM). In addition, you can also save as "Unicode big endian" (it will
    be UTF-16, Big Endian with BOM) and as "UTF-8" (it will be UTF-8 with BOM).
