    This makes good sense. Especially because in all non-Tamil Indic
    scripts, letters are pronounced just as written. But Tamil has
    context-sensitive voicing or frication for varga letters, 

    So, a Tamil Varga Mark One will make possible
    text-to-speech programs, and one-to-one Indic
