The Unicode web server is back on-line after experiencing a disk failure
sometime "Tuesday night". Not all services have yet been restored.

It is now Thursday 30 June 2005 06:22 GMT (11:21pm US West Coast time;
02:22 a.m. US East Coast time).

If you submitted mail to the Unicode mail list between approximately:
Wednesday 29 June 2005 09:00 GMT and
Thursday 30 June 2005 06:00 GMT
and you have not seen your mail "echo" to the list, then it is probably
lost, and you might consider re-sending. (All queues were scrubbed, and it
is known that some bad disk sectors were filled with mail queue data at the
time of the disk failure.)
