    Sorry, I made an error to call this symbol logographic. According to Lehmann the angled line on top of this glyph is a varia and the rest is the shorthand kappa.

    So it could be called 'shorthand kappa with varia'. It can also be used in the middle of a word like 'dikaios' so it can represents the syllable kai, as does the other kai, encoded as 03D7.
