    There are squillions of documents on the Internet in letter-size, and
    squillions more in A4. People who download and print them regularly are
    accustomed to this, and have already solved the conflict by changing the
    "Page Scaling" option in Acrobat or Adobe Reader to "Fit to paper."
    Adobe makes this so easy to set and forget that the choice of
    letter-size or A4 in PDF documents really isn't that big a deal.
