    A cleaner counter-examples than 'Senatus Populusque Romanus' comes from
    Welsh:

    ["pensil", "papur"] ->"pensil a phapur" - pencil & paper
    ["fy nhad", "fy mam"] -> "fy nhad a'm mam" - my father & my mother
