they are both acceptable (but 66-shaped is prefered)
On the other hand, the double-backslash-like quotation mark
in verdana and others is not (as german closing quotation).
It looks simply aweful - but is acceptable as english opening
quotation, so the mistake to not fitting the 66-shape is
overseen.
