    The forms shown by Michael Everson in his old proposal are identical to
    those listed in a page of number forms in L.Renou & J.Filliozat, L'Inde
    Classique (Paris, 1953); vol.II, p.706. They list here the forms for
    Singhalais and four others. They do not discuss the sources, but all these
    forms would be based on sound epigraphical and manuscript evidence.
