Regarding the question of possible unencoded characters from China the
webb site below has a collection of about 50 thousand characters, not
    all different, from China.

    http://iea.cass.cn/mzwz/default.asp

Not all the search options work for each list, one needs to use a lot
    oftrial and error.

I am aware of something of the status of about 20 thousand of the
characters (in alpabetical oreder Buyi, Jurchen, Tangut and Zhuang)
of these of which over half, that is over 10 thousand, are not encoded.

Does anyone know anything about the encoding status of the other 30
    thousand characters.

It is also worth noting many of this lists are very incomplete because
they have not been researched a great deal.
