... which, along with the rest of the rovásirás, appear not to have
moved one step closer to encoding for the past 9 years, despite a good
initial proposal (N1686) and an excellent follow-up (N1758), plus an
intriguing and thorough tour of the complexities of Old Hungarian
ligation in N2147. I've wondered many times what could possibly be
missing.
