Unicode mail list shut down today for upgrade

    Our server upgrade is proceeding slightly ahead of schedule. The Unicode
    mail list will thus be shut down this afternoon, California time. I will
    send another message when the list is functional again, on the new server.
    That will probably be Thursday.
